Parcels, buildings and other US assets, each offered by its issuer to admitted participants, recorded by a transfer agent and mirrored on Chia. The platform hosts the offer files; it holds nothing.
This is not an offer to sell, nor a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or commodity interest. Any offering of an interest listed on this platform is made by its issuer, only to admitted participants, only through the issuer's own documents, and only under an exemption from registration chosen with counsel. US offerings are expected to rely on Regulation D (verified accredited investors) or Regulation S (non-US persons), as counsel determines per issuer. Interests are illiquid, transfer-restricted and may lose all value.

Admission
Request access with the address you will hold from and the jurisdiction you are in. Verification (identity; investor status as the exemption requires) happens before admission; your address is then added to the participant list and a covenant on every interest refuses transfer to any address not on it.
